At Birmingham Rock School, I am employed as a bass tutor, teaching lessons for 7-17 year olds and adults in a rock band environment. During our one-hour sessions, students spend 50 minutes learning new bass techniques and then have a 10-minute jam session to practice what they have learned. It's a fun and engaging way for students to develop their skills and experience playing music in a group setting.
